with three kids, a husband, two cats, one dog, baseball practice, soccer practice, school events, cheer practice, etc,etc....wow! who has time to clean the kitchen?

Bummer!

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong, planting seeds and watching them grow shouldn't be so hard...anyway, there goes my tomato, bell peppers and eggplant garden.




On a brighter side, my apple tree is doing amazing....

chocolate-filled hazelnut cookies



•1 cup Hazelnuts (finelly Chopped)
•1 cup Sugar
•1-⅔ cup Flour
•12 Tablespoons Butter
•1 bag Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Mix together hazelnuts, sugar, flour and butter.
Shape it into a ball, cover with plastic and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Make little balls, (the size of a hazelnut) and place them slightly apart on a baking sheet and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
Bake at medium-low temperature (220-260F) for about 20 or 30 minutes. The temperature and the baking time vary depending on the oven. Let them cool completely on the baking sheet .
For the filling, melt the chocolate on a double boiler and use it to attach two cookies together.

Best tuna casserole



Ingredients
1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup frozen green peas (I use petite)
2 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 cup crushed potato chips (I use Lays BBQ)

Directions
1.Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
2.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
3.In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion, 1 cup cheese, peas, tuna, soup and mushrooms. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and top with potato chip crumbs and remaining 1 cup cheese.
4.Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is bubbly.
