chocolate-filled hazelnut cookies

•1 cup Hazelnuts (finelly Chopped)
•1 cup Sugar
•1-⅔ cup Flour
•12 Tablespoons Butter
•1 bag Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Mix together hazelnuts, sugar, flour and butter.
Shape it into a ball, cover with plastic and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Make little balls, (the size of a hazelnut) and place them slightly apart on a baking sheet and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
Bake at medium-low temperature (220-260F) for about 20 or 30 minutes. The temperature and the baking time vary depending on the oven. Let them cool completely on the baking sheet .
For the filling, melt the chocolate on a double boiler and use it to attach two cookies together.
